Mother's Day Gift Ideas

1. Combine 1/2 tps of Cedarwood essential oil, 1/2 tps of Vanilla essential oil, and    1 tps of White Tea essential oil and pour into the spray bottle. 
2. Add 2 tps of rubbing alcohol. 
3. Then, pour water into the bottle until full. 
4. Replace the spray cap and spray twice to enjoy your creation.

Serves 4

1. Combine olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper, paprika, cayenne, garlic, ginger, and parsely in a bowl. Add salmon filets and leave in the fridge to marinate.
2. In a large saucepan heat butter on medium heat. Add onions and cook for a minute or two. Then add the rice and listen to it crackle.
3. Add the white wine to the rice and stir, allowing the rice to absorb the wine. Then add the stock 1/2 cup at a time. Stir often to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
4. Add the asparagus, stir and cook for a few minutes. Add the cheese when the asparagus is cooked through. Turn off heat and gently stir in salt and pepper to taste.
5. Warm a large pan with olive oil over a medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown on 1 side. Flip the fish and cook for a further 3 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
